These five things are a regular everyday thing for me and others too.

The best way to deal with them is find something you enjoy doing and do it.

Boredom shows us either we are wanting to something else or we are going to the bad.

Disappointments happen and if you expect things from people too often,

they can become a everyday thing which is what I realize these days,

yet I am not giving up hope on them.

Grief to me is experiencing emotional pain because of what others do to you

of also fail to do with you.

Loneliness is simply being alone,yet some people can make us feel alone.

and those are the real users in life,so find new friends.

Stress is an everyday thing unless your life is perfect and those are you are well 24/7.

Otherwise stress is a part of your life like it is a part of my life.
