The Lord will raise up a shepherd who will not do what Jesus did,but eat the flesh of the fat and tear their claws in pieces:

Zachariah 11:16

For, see, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that stands still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

The Shepherds were senseless and do not seek the LORD and they have not prospered and all their flock is scattered:

Jeremiah 10:21

For the shepherds have become senseless and do not seek the LORD. Therefore they have not prospered, and all their flock is scattered.

The Shepherds have scattered God’s flock and driven them away and have not visited them and behold He will visit them the evil of their doings:

Jeremiah 23:2

Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel against the shepherds that feed my people; You have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, says the LORD.

Woe to the Shepherds who only feed themselves:

Ezekiel 34:2

Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel.

Prophesy and tell them that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Woe to the shepherds of Israel, who only feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed their flock?’

This is referring to the shepherd that won’t do what Jesus did,but will rule them with violence and cruelty:

Ezekiel 34:4

You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bound up the injured, brought back the strays, or searched for the lost. Instead, you have ruled them with violence and cruelty.

Another thing that people may seem to have never knew or forgotten and that is this:

The word Pastor derived from the word Shepherd and Jesus is the Good Shepherd and all because somebody is raised up by God does not mean that they will do what Jesus did do.

A Shepherd is a Herdsman.
