The Sabbath is Saturday not Sunday and Jesus’s resurrection was on a Saturday indeed

The fact that the Sabbath is not Sunday may come as a shock to you,yet it simply isn’t.

I’ll list the days of the week and their origins and then I’ll list Bible verses about Jesus resurrection day and it isn’t Sunday, yet the simple phrase “toward the first of the sabbaths” has been mistranslated to be “toward the first day of the week”

Sunday which is the first day of the week has it’s origins in Norse Mythology.

As the rest of the week does, yet the sequence of the week really is:Sunday-Saturday.

Sunday originates from Sol’s day and the irony of it all is that Sol is also Sol Invictus in Roman Mythology too.Another thing is this:Sol means Sun.This deifies the Sun.

Monday originates from Mani’s day.Mani is the moon which is the same moon that they say causes the poles to move.Mani is a goddess in Norse mythology.

Tuesday originates from Tiw’s or Tyr’s day which is the Norse equivalent of the Roman war god Mars.

Wednesday originates from Woden’s day.Woden is also Odin who flies in the air according to tradition and that is how we get the Santa Clause flying through the air on reindeer myth.

Thursday originates from Thor’s day.The same Thor of Marvel comics fame.

Friday originates from Frigg’s day. This is a goddess in Norse Mythology.

Saturday originates from Saturn’s day.Saturn is the father of Zeus and also the reason for Saturnalia and Saturnalia is the origin of the 25 days of Christmas too.Saturn is also known as Father Time and the Grim Reaper too.

Now onto the Sabbath.Which day is it?Saturday of course, yet here are Bible verses about it below:

God blessed the seventh day and made it holy and because of it he rested from all the work of creating he did: Genesis 2:3
Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy: Exodus 20:5 Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

Now since we have clarified just what is the Sabbath day which is the seventh day of the week.Let’s also delve into what exactly is the day that Jesus resurrected on to clear up any confusion right now.

Here are Bible verses about the day Jesus resurrected on which have been mistranslated and with them the real verses under them:

Matthew 28:1 Now after the Sabbath, toward the dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to see the tomb.

As you can tell that this says toward the dawn of the first day of the week. This is a mistranslation and I’ll place below here the correct translation for you and this happens in all four gospels:Matthew,Mark,Luke and John and even in Acts so here is the correct rendering of that verse above:

Matthew 28:1 After then Sabbath,it being dawn toward the first Sabbath, came Mary the Magdalene and the other Mary,to see the tomb.

Now you see it.The Bible can speak for itself if you get a correct version of it.This was a high Sabbath they experienced and they were dawn toward the seventh day which is the first Sabbath.

Mark 16:2 And very early on the first day of the week, when the sun had risen, they went to the tomb.

Again they mistranslate this to say first day of the week when it really should say first of the Sabbaths.I’ll place the correct rendering of the verse below:

Mark 16:2 And very early on the first of the Sabbaths, they come to the tomb, having arisen the Sun.

As you can tell it says very early on the first of the Sabbaths. This is correct indeed.

Luke 24:1 On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb.

Again they mistranslate this to say first day of the week, when it should in fact say first of the Sabbaths.I’ll place the correct rendering below:

Luke 24:1 The now first of the Sabbaths, dawn very early to the tomb they came, bringing that prepared spices.

As you can tell it says very early on the first of the Sabbaths. This is correct indeed.

John 20:1 Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance.

As you can tell they mistranslated it to say first day of the week again.Below I will put the correct rendering of the verse:

John 20:1 The now first of the Sabbaths,Mary the Magdalene comes early, dark still it being,to the tomb, and she sees the stone having been removed from the tomb.

As you can tell it says very early on the first of the Sabbaths. This is correct indeed.

Acts 20:7 On the first day of the week we came together to break bread. Paul spoke to the people and, because he intended to leave the next day, kept on talking until midnight.

As you can tell they mistranslated it to say first day of the week when it should say first of the Sabbaths.I’ll put the correct rendering below:

Acts 20:7 By then the first of the Sabbaths, having come together we break bread, the Paul talked to them, about to depart the next day;he continued then the talk until midnight.

As you can tell even when the Apostles celebrated about Jesus resurrection it was on Saturday not Sunday that they did it.

God nor Jesus judges us

I know that someday there will be a judgment day,

yet what if Jesus nor God was the judge.

Ok now I got you thinking different because neither of them judge us.

I will delve into Bible verses about judgment about see if they do judge us.

You may be surprised.

John 5:22

Moreover,the Father judges no one,

but has entrusted all judgment to the Son.

Ok so as we can tell the Father judges no one and has all judgment to the Son,so lets see if the Son who is Jesus judges us.

John 8:15

Jesus said:You judge by human standards;I pass judgment on no one.

Ok so we can tell that neither God or his son Jesus judge us.

So then what does judge us on judgment day.

John 12:48

He that rejects me,and receives not my words, has one that judges him:the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

So those who reject him and won’t receive his words, has one that judges him and that is the word he has spoken.

It takes a lot to be judged so we can rest easily knowing that God nor Jesus has made us to be judged and has not come into our lives to judge us.

I hope that you have enjoyed this post.

Jesus is not his Father and his Father is not him

Jesus is God with us,yet Jesus is not God Himself.

I know I know, you are gonna get mad,yet let me explain.

Jesus was sent by God and only did and spoke

what Jesus saw God do and speak.

Jesus even admitted that God was greater than Him.

Below are Bible verses all about this and they make it clear

that there is a difference between them.

Still they are one,yet not the same.

It is like this

we are not God,yet we are made of His image and His likeness,

yet people miss this.

Jesus never claimed to be God,

yet he admitted that he existed before Abraham.

When Jesus admitted that He is one with the Father,

is like saying Jesus was unified with the Father

because the Father is a Spirit

and the Bible even says that we too can be one spirit with The Lord.

So we can do exactly like Jesus does and it is totally ok to do

Let me make something clear and it is this:

If Jesus was God and the Father he would have had no reason to

go to a God and the Father,

there would be no point in doing it

and such logic is like saying I am gonna go to my father who is myself.

People would look at you like you lost your mind and was crazy,

yet Jesus is not his Father and his Father is not him

so the confusion should diminish and fade to nothingness.

Jesus honestly never once in his ministry, nor before or after it

admitted to being his Father and his God.

He had no need to and still people out there have misguided logic

just like they do about Lucifer being some fallen angel when he never was,

yet he was a fallen king, the King of Babylon in fact.

So let’s delve into the Bible Verses that set the record straight

that Jesus witnessed, yet was not God,still from God though.

Jesus came down from heaven:

John 6:38

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.

He is from Above and not of this world

and the world is the field:

John 8:23

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

Matthew 13:38

The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

Jesus on his own self can do nothing,

but as he hears he judges, and his judgment

is just and he seeks not his own will,

but the will of the Father which has sent him and he was also sent to finish his Father’s work, speak what his Father taught him and to do whatever he sees his Father do:

John 5:30

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

John 4:34

Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.

John 8:28

So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on My own, but speak exactly what the Father has taught Me.

John 5:19

So Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing by Himself, unless He sees the Father doing it. For whatever the Father does, the Son also does.

Jesus prayed too and his desire was to do his Father’s will and he asked if his Father be willing to take the cup from him, which he never did:

Matthew 26:39

And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Luke 22:42

“Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me. Yet not My will, but Yours be done.”

He is in his Father and his Father is in him,

his Father dwelling in him performs His works and his Father is our Father and his God is our God too:

John 14:10
Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own. Instead, it is the Father dwelling in Me, performing His works.

John 20:17

Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

As you can tell Jesus is speaking about something even Moses would understand,Jesus is speaking of God using him to do his will.Except Jesus is his own son.Jesus was sent here to bring heaven to us,yet those in his day missed it.He was very understandable of what his need on earth was and that was to do his and our Father’s will.
