It is ok to bend over on your knees and pray,

yet that is no required and in all honest

nobody can pray on their knees

if they are gonna even attempt to pray without ceasing.

Praying without ceasing to me

means as you along with your day to stay in contact with God

even if it is just mentally,yet stay in contact with God

and that is better than constantly talking which is disruptive at times.
